AMY GRACE HEINRICH-NOLAN

In early 1988 I was a nanny living in Stamford, CT.  I had come to a point in my life where I needed and wanted a change.  As divine intervention would have it, a job opportunity presented itself and I took a leap of faith.  That leap and that job opportunity was the catalyst that set me on my chosen career path in the field of dentistry.

In 2018, I knew that I needed and wanted a change.  The only difference this time was I had more at stake.  I took another leap of faith and I resigned from a position I held for 13 years.  I didn't know what was coming next, I didn't have a job, and I didn't have a plan.  Again, by divine intervention, an opportunity presented itself and I was asked to consult for an already successful pediatric dental practice looking to expand their services to include orthodontic care.  They needed a person they could trust that could guide them through every process in order to launch and integrate a successful orthodontic program.  I accepted the challenge and just like that, Amazing Graces Services was born.  Through Amazing Grace Services, I am able to focus on my real passion which is teaching, mentoring, building relationships, and helping people, businesses, and business owners.

Together, we can further advance your skills as a leader, raise up your team, improve the work environment, and enhance your bottom line.  As your consultant, I will work closely with you and your team to customize a plan designed to accomplish your goals.  It will be as easy or as hard as you and your team choose to make it, but I can assure you that the rewards will be worth the time and energy you dedicate to bettering yourself, your team, and your business.

"We know from research that growth is actually contagious, so if you want to reach your goals, you've got to be around people that are going in the same direction you want to be going, and you will catch the success." — Henry Cloud
